“This award,” says Co-founding Partner James Meadows, “is a well-deserved acknowledgment of Kelly’s impact in the founding and running of Culhane Meadows, now the largest, full-service, woman-owned law firm in the country, and the legal community overall.”

“Kelly is the heart of what we do and who we are at Culhane Meadows,” agrees Co-founding Partner Heather Clauson Haughian. “She is the embodiment of our commitment to diversity, transparency, and the delivery of sophisticated legal counsel to our global roster of clients.“

Adds Co-founding Partner Grant Walsh, “As a Managing Partner, attorney, and mentor, this award honors Kelly’s original vision for Culhane Meadows as we’ve grown to 70 partners nationwide. From our founding, she has dedicated herself to advancing the cause of women in the law, so we find it very fitting that Corporate Counsel recognizes her work and leadership as a 2021 Women, Influence and Power in the Law Managing Partner of the Year award winner.“

“I’m truly honored,” adds Culhane. “However, recognition belongs to Culhane Meadows’ entire leadership team—Jim Meadows, Heather Clauson Haughian, Grant Walsh, and Kim Verska. I’m so proud of what we’ve achieved in just eight years and what our amazing partners will do going forward to build a better, more equitable corner of the legal profession.”
